This is a custom embroidered birthday hat for small pets. Perfect for hedgehogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc. The hat is available with a matching bow tie or tie (select your option from drop down menu). The hat is made from fabric and lined with felt. The elastic string has 2 beads. To adjust the size of the elastic simply slide a bead. The tie has a felt collar and elastic with adjustable beads.
